Trees

At Gorges Family Tree Farm, we grow and sell trees for landscaping applications. All trees start from high quality liners planted directly into our field and mature over a 3-4 year timeframe, so they are hardened to the extremes of the Kansas seasons. We ball and burlap trees with trunk diameters from 1.75-2.5". We can also arrange for direct transplanting using a tree spade service or support "bring-your-own-spade" customers.

We are gearing up for the 2024-2025 harvest. Trees in the farm have been graded, sized, and inventoried. This year we have added a selection of "park grade" trees that are offered at a much lower price. These trees my have slight deformations such as tree pruning wounds, shape irregularities, smaller size, etc. They are otherwise, healthy trees, just not of top grade appearance. Those are listed as a line item with price and number available below.
